Mexico vs Iran 2006 World Cup Germany
The game started apparently in tribute to mcdonalds advertising to kids. The ceremony where kids come out with the players onto the field is sponsored by McDonalds. Yeay for advertising. Die mcdonalds.
The team captains met and exchanged gifts. Iran gave mexico a framed piece of artwork that looked very detailed... mexico gave Iran a cheap looking kite shaped flag of mexico.
Iran, even though dominating most the time was crushed. Mexico didnt get a lot of serious chances but they still managed to score the majority of the time. Iran would put 6 men back and just slam the ball up the field, allowing the mexicans to continue the attack.
The first goal weas Mexico, who crossed the ball and met with a header and a tap into the goal. It was shocking because the Iranians just seems to be superior. The play was aggressive and there was a lot of falling and resetting up. It was pretty annoying. Iran had a few chances for goals but one was skillfully blocked by the Mexican goaly and the other was a missed kick in front of the goal.
The next and only Iranian goal was also from a cross. A player headed it at the goal and it was defected by the keeper, then it was kicked in by another Iran player.
The next two goals from Mexico happened in the same 2 or 3 minute time frame. The first was a mistake by Iran's goal keeper which led to a two on two situation. The second was from a well directed header. Viva Mexico!
It was a great game to watch and I'm sure everyone in Mexico City is vandalizing themselves crazy with excitement. PS to IRAN. Please don't nuke Mexico too.
It will be cool if it comes out on google video or youtube to watch the match.

Borgetti Injured his Hamstring
While playing Iran borgetti injured his hamstring in the second half and was replaced for the remainder of the game. It's unsure yet if he will be able to continue in the remainder of the tournament. He's mexico's, and probably one of the worlds' top striker and has scored the most goals for Mexico in the past.
The camera view of him on the bench showed his eyes glistening, which to me seems like worry rather than any physical pain- Worry that he won't be able to continue the tournament. I had the same horrid feeling when I tore my ACL. The trainer was checking his knee first, and that's the last I saw during the match.
Mexico still triumphed amazing 3-1 in an awesome game.

adobe reader alternative
.rm Alternative .mov alternative... PDF Alternative?
Real Alternative and QuickTime alternative Rock. Could there really be a PDF alternative? It would make life so much Easier for those horridly slow oppening ebooks. FOXIT!
I'm absolutely convince that Foxit Reader is much much BETTER than disgusting ADOBE Reader.
Not only is it just way faster loading, you have to understand that ADOBE when opening it's stupid ADOBE Reader launches several application. One tries to connect to the ADOBE website to look for updates and the others are something like "ADOBECLEANUP.001" that stays in the computer ram forever long, because adobe, sucks arse. It's horrid slow. Version 7 of the adobe reader is supposed to something like 20% faster, but again it opens multiple applications and sucks.
If you're using it with internet explorer or firefox the adobe plugin, when you open a PDF, will eat more memory during the remainder of the time firefox is open, and won't be unloaded until you close and restart the program.
Couple that with the firefox memory leaks from people having massive lists of extensions and it's just another hassle. One extension even prompts you, asking if you'd like to open it, knowing adobe's notoriety of lacking the uck out of your computer when accidently not noticing the file you want to open is a PDF. My Recommendation
Uninstall ADOBE Reader and it's MESS it has in the registry. Some junk will still remain, well a lot of junk will, in the registry so you'll manually have to use regedit to search for entries.
Install fox it instead (link above). Once you open a pdf it will quickly load in an exterenal program (not your browser), and leave your browser being what it should be, a friggin browser. Opening files is incredibly fast with fox it. Screw you, Dick Cheney. Happy PDF'ing
Search google for your choice of keyword plus "filetype:pdf". Enjoy the awesome efficiency in comparison to the evil that was before.

Blasted Abu Musab al Zarqawi two quarter ton bombs
Hooray We Blasted Abu Musab al Zarqawi two quarter ton bombs!
Abu Musab al Zarqawi is more of a media show figure. He killed Nick Berg in 2004 on video, and created a "face" to the enemy. Zarqawi is not from Iraq, rather he came there to form a resistance to the war in the first place. His links to al queda just made him a show figure so Bush can parade the familiar september 11 terrorist group to confuse people into thinking september 11 had something to do with the Iraq war, which it doesnt at ALL.
Zarqawi's influence there is minimal compared to many of shiiate extremists and other groups that are the most formidable resistance.
Zarqawi was reportedly still alive when people got there, even trying to get off the stretcher. He died soon after. Speculations of him being outside the house are obvious when noting the two 227kg bombs.
Even Berg's father, said he's saddenned by the death of Zarqawi. He said his sons death was a retaliation to what we were doing in Iraq, and killing zarqawi will only make his supporters want further retaliation in a continuing loop of revenge.
On the news the dead Zarqawi Body is being continually flaunted with side by side pictures while he was living. There even appears to be some kind of news conference where there's a soldier using a pointing stick onto a framed picture of the dead Zarqawi. The press is continually taking pictures. I don't know what kind of message this is supposed to send to any youth watching. His nose looks bloodied and there's an outline of light red surrounding the concrete that his head is on.
Canada.com Writes "Caldwell also revealed that Zarqawi's face was "very, very bloody" and was cleaned up for the photos that were displayed publicly. "Despite the fact that this person actually had no regard for human life we were not going to treat him in the same manner, so they did clean his face up for the shots that were shown publicly," said Caldwell. The photos were not digitally altered."
I think they cleaned up his face to make it look better and more comparable to while-alive pictures during their disgusting press release, where they flaunted his bloodied dead picture. I think that's still "no regard for human life".
The washinton post writes in retardation: "Has the U.S. reached a turning point in its war on terror?
That's the question at the heart of international online commentary on the killing of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq." -washington post article More stability in Iraq Following Zarqawi's death?
Aside from the terrorists groups that are using violence there's the main religious groups working for power. Even if we get rid of the fanatical ones, which is unlikely to happen, there's no fixing the situation. The people will continue fighting for power until there's only one group left. Saddam might have been a psycho tyrant, but without him now we have a civil war. Democracy only works when people can come together in a civilized way. Since there's so much enmity between the groups the corruption is unmanagable, as with any religious extremism.
Somehow killing a leader of a group of obsessive religious extremists is supposed to change how the followers feel? On the contrary, the death martars the leaders and makes them live on. Think of David Koresh or that moron Kurt Cobain that sold teen angst. This isn't a very organized group and their objective is to die for their cause. Conspiracy?
After initially reporting a child is among the dead, taking that back, and saying yes there was again... After initial reports that he was dead when they arrived, and then the story changed to he was alive when they arrived then shortly after died... some suspect some kind of conspiracy. Zarqawi's face appeared relatively bloodied at a minimum... taken the 1000 pounds of bombs dropped on him. " "He was still alive. We put him in the ambulance, but when the Americans arrived they took him out of the ambulance, they beat him on his stomach . . . then they stomped on his stomach and his chest until he died and blood came out of his nose," AP quoted the man, identified only as Mohammed, as saying." -chicago tribune A child died? Women? Skimpy Clothes? "ABU MUSAB al-ZARQAWI was accompanied by women who wore skimpy night clothing, and read magazines on current affairs and militant propaganda.
An inspection of the remains of the "safe house" in which the terrorist mastermind was killed also suggested that he and his companions — which an Iraqi army officer said included two women and an eight-year-old girl — lived with few luxuries.
...The US military had said the air strike killed six people, three males and three females." -shttp://www.air/2006/06/10/1149815360506.html">The AGE
Multiple sources on the news have yet again came out and said he was alive when they got there, and US officers killed him.
Oh well, I'm glad the morons that liked bush to begin with are dying to defend another country. Bush has been using a lot of BS like adding a will-be-most-vandalized
roject-in-US-History fence that spans across the border, and also saying he thinks people without interlocking parts shouldnt be able to declare they're living together. This is all to take talk away from how bad the economy is and how bad the war is going. Zarqawi's comes orgasmically to BUSH and CHENEY as they can flaunt it as some kind of accomplishment and emphasize terror, the main, and successful focus of their 2004 Campaign. Bin Laden?
Go president Bush! Not. One crazy anti-american arab down. WIth 20,000 innocent civilians killed since the war started and countless other wounded, I think we have plenty more anti american Iraqis that are going to cause plenty of problems in the future.
So we found Saddam in a hole and blasted his two sons. Bin Laden is really the one that started "the war on terror" and we're not after him.

These are notes I'm taking based on the online machine structures berkeley webcast video course taught by John Wawrzynek. It is a 47min 34 second lecture. No book or reading is required for the Introduction. See the assignments on the course website. John Wawrzynek Berkely: http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~johnw/ Publications: http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~johnw/publications.html Rate My Professsor: http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tid=853551 Articles by John Wawrzynek: http://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&lr=&q=Wawrzynek&btnG=Search http://citeseer.ist.psu.edu/cis?q=John+Wawrzynek&submit=Search+Documents&cs=1 JimmyR.com Review Pros
It's just an introduction. Things get juicier in subsequent lectures. There's nothing particularly to praise yet. Negatives
* Terrible lighting on slides the teacher primarily relies on to teach * Teacher wavers voice and stumbles quite a bit * Goes over what most people already know * The projector is covering up the title on many slides * Pretty soft sound
This lecture goes through things really fast and doesn't give any understanding of the more complicated parts. One will have to study them online or in the book in order to get a better understanding of what he's talking about. He emphasized more in explaining how much the technology has grown exponentially through a series of graphs and charts, which something most computer enthusiasts and programmers already know.
The professor seems to stumble on his words and go faster when he's in the complicated parts, which makes it feel like busywork copying. The generalities in explanation is not near enough to take them out of the senseless jargon mental category. How this was made?
I'm not a berkely student. This is purely based on their free webcast (see link above). Most the notes are based on overhead parts rather than the short additions the professor managed to mumble in. I'm not responsible if anything happens if I screw up on my notes. Please contact me if you have something to add or have corrections.
The links in this are not from the lecture, they're actually I'm feeling lucky google links in an attempt to send you directly to a wikipedia entry for the keywords. If they lead you to a random site, my apologies. They have the rel=nofollow tag and do not reflect a legit recommendation. Technology Trends for Single Chip DRAM Capacity
Memory now increases 1.4 times it's capacity every year or 2 times every 2 year (?).
It is 8000 times more than its 1980s value. Evolution of Intel Micro Processors
Moores Law says that we'll have 2 times more transistors per chip every two years. Gordon Moore said this initially, that the number of transistors would double every year. He then updated it every 18 months. It's actually 24 months.
Shrinking number of companies making micro processors (Writer Note: AMD RULES SO MUCH MORE. DIE DELL DIE).
Any other kind of technology hasn't grown anywhere near comparible. Teacher compares it to cars.
At some point the exponential increase is going to stop. The limit is how small the media can be the devices use and function properly. The teacher predicts within the next 10 years the growth will slow and we'll be looking for a new technology to continue the growth.
The new techology provides us with applications we've never had before. For example, in games very fast processing is required for the lifelike graphics processing so we can see very realistic looking graphics. With faster processors we can also have better, cheaper servers which make new services and features available for the world wide web. Faster Processes
Shows a graph of how processors have gotten faster. Processors have slowed down slightly recently to 29% growth per year. It's harder and harder to take advantage of the transistors. Summary Processors
2x faster every 1.5 years since 85. 100 times increase in the last decade. Memory
DRAM capacity 2x every 2 years since 96. 64 times increase in the last decade. Disk (including cds and removable??)
Capacity 2x every 1 year since 97. 250 times increase in the last decade. They are not made out of integrated circuits but use similar technology. This course hasn't changed much in 20 years
The way computers are built are basically the same. Plots Ray Kurtzwell's graph from MIT
The graph shows technology since 1900 based on how many computerations per second per dollar. The graph is plotted dots showing a relatively straight line. When one technology runs out of steam something faster comes out to replacement. Sillicon will be replaced by something else once it's growth has slowed. Talks about Books Required for course
The C Programming language Kerninghan and Ritchie 2nd edition. Read P&H Chapter 1 and sections 3.1 and 3.2. Read K&R Chapters 1-4.

Consumer Whore
Consumer Whore a Marketted Pseudo culture
Most people think they're not a consumer whore. Anyone loyal to a corporate band(the ones you see on MTV), looks at the brands when buying clothes, and spends what's popular in the market is a consumer whore.
Here's most people's favorites bands as an example in the picture below. Viacom and their consumer whore bands
CDs are made for 5cents each and then sold for 20$ each. The bands are generated systematically based on statistics in a marketting attempt for maximum sales among the broadest age group in the range of 14-35. The people, the lyrics, and the story are ALL marketing coordination. "Welcome to the real world", MTV is a consumer whore station. Boasting about 4 seconds every frame, and playing the latest music their reality series are targetted to people who like to "relate" and list "shopping and hanging out with friends" as their main two hobbies. The new "reality shows" are nothing more than superficial relationship soap operas designed for their targetted audience to engross in. Conclusion
People are retarded. Big surprise. References PBS Special: Merchants of the Cool Experience Marketing Company Video

Google Analytics Invitation Code Invite
Google Analytics Invitation Code
I'm not all too sure google is really getting more capacity. I think google just wants you to wait for around 5 weeks thinking of the magical google analytics, to make it feel more exclusive when you get the invitation code.
It's all part of the getting googled experience. People dont really send these invitations. Google does, and you'll have to wait. When it first came out, people had to wait about 5 weeks, now, people have to weight about 5 weeks. Collecting and parsing small statistics is nothing compared to crawling and analyzing relationships between pages. I think they have the capacity. Plenty. They're friggin google! Gmail and Orkut?
No, it's not like gmail or orkut where people can mail you invitations. Speaking of those, there's actually ORKUT invitations Pools where people request and get invitations from other members. GMAIL also has one too at Gmail invite pool. Also you could just use your cell phone or a friends cell phone.

Custom Yahoo! Answers Page
Jimmy Ruska Yahoo Page
Yahoo! answers is a pretty good resource and I like answering questions, but questions get deleted for any reasona and many people have been banned. I rather have a personal record of all my questions than entrust them to the Yahoo! abuse report people.
Yahoo will never do useful stuff like link to their competitors and give a lot of great links. They want people to stay in yahoo and only yahoo. Makes me think of google's model, don't be evil. They also wouldn't show statistics, because the statistics make them look stupid. The top question is "how are you", and despite people thinking there's hundreds of thousands of people, there's only 22,000 questions per day, making it likely that there's only about 4000-8000 people actually using the site daily.
It's more than doubled in recent weeks, and the stocks are now slightly climbing.

Congress Gay Marriage Ban Blocked
Constitutional Ban on Gay Marriage Blocked in Congress
Big surprise. The bill was blocked. As stupid as it sounds I think if we called legally living together something a "legal unity", and called marriage a unity under God, people would stop complaining about the gays getting married. They still wouldn't like it, but now it doesnt interfere with their bigotry religions.
It's kind of ridiculous for Bush to go up there and say we live in a very free country and we want limitted government, then in the same speech say he's for banning gay rights by using his abusing his government power to sooth a minority fanatical evangelical groups' mind. " I dont like the idea of gay sex. If it weren't for the sex it would just be people with more in common living together regardless of sex, providing a more stable home. Even though it doesnt affect me in any way, I'll go ahead and say you cant do it and you dont have the same rights unless you have interlocking parts and the kind of sex that doesn't bother me to think about." -Presidents Generic Logic
It just doesnt make sense in any way. Sure, people can see it as disgusting. There's also straight couples that eat crap, and buy videos of that on the internet. Moderating disgustingness is impossible and relative. The government should not interfere with peoples lives on such a personal level.

Chessmaster series vs Shredder Series
Chessmaster Series 10000 9000 vs Fritz and Shredder 9 or 10 Ratings (Elo)
Anyone whose ever played them together will seem to think that chessmaster is stronger, in actuallity, Chessmaster 9000 or 10000 just hogs the memory more thereby not allowing fritz or shredder to calculate at their full capacity. There's no way to set the memory allocation in chessmaster, which is kinda annoying.
3100+ Elo playing strength unleashed??? When rated among humans they usually get a playing strength of 2800-2900 with their max powered processors in competitions. Our puny processors likely make it like 2400. It's not even an exact rating, because people who know how to exploit a computer chess engine will have far more success. How to Beat your Computer Chess Engine
* keep as many pawns as possible, making a closed position * Work on long term tactics like winning pawn structure * Make your bishops hold long diagonals, even if you have to place then in the edge ranks. * Trade pieces whenever possible * Don't attempt to win a speed game
Kasparov VS X3D Fritz
Check out this win by kasparov against fritz (requires java). Kasparov had all the time in the world, because the computer didn't know exactly what it was doing. A better player would have advanced f5 or done some work on the king side. Kasparov coordinated a long term plan for a win that the computer was far from seeing, unti it was much too late. In these types of positions, it does not play like a human.

I've been hearing a lot of people ask how to install a UCI file, and what is it? It's likely because people download hacked chess engines online like for deep shredder 9 and deep fritz 10. These UCI are better than the .eng file/.dll because they can be used on such interfaces as winboard. UCI is just a standardized input/output of chess notation by command line. If you want to use these programs on Chessbase (chessbase's) program Chessprogram8 (the program that comes with fritz or shredder software), hit engine, like you normally would, then hit create UCI engine. To be honest I dont even know if they're hacked. There are conversion tools from eng to UCI From add a one to the end of the name or else it will give you an error that says it must contain X phrase, and it cannot be exactly the same.
You can also use winboard. So technically, peolpe can use it to cheat on winboard enabled sites like ICC and FICS, one of the many reasons not to pick those sites.
The "deep shredder" and deep fritz are to use if you dont have two processors. They're the same as normal mode.

Bill O'Reilly Attacks BBC
O'REILLY Attacks BBC in "Bill's Talking Points"
Bill O'reilly has attacked the BBC today calling the most trusted news a anti-american liberal institution. Along with a very bastardized interpretation of what the BBC wrote, Oreilly cited sources like a Jerry Springer phone in, with his Woody Allen like jewish voice, and some random talk show radio host lady with a really terrible Phily voice. This is not the first time Oreilly has attacked the BBC. The Article Excerpt O'reilly Posted "The killing of Abu-Masab al-Zarqawi is a major and rare success for the U.S. Military... though the americans themselves had over the years helped build up the reputation of Zarqawi, that focus probably ended up exaggerating his role." Real Interpretation
Zarqawi was responsible for an estimated 22 deaths including beheading 2 people on video, one, Nick Berg an Electrician. He makes up the minimal effect overall, since most the extremist groups fighting for power make up the deaths. He was in the news a lot because of political reasons. Alqueada is the familiar terrorist organization behind 9/11 so constantly talking about Zarqawi being from alqueda confuses people into thinking that Alqaeda 1) has always been in Iraq (furthering that Iraq harbors terrorist 2) that iraq had some link to 9/11 and that alqueda was on Saddams "side".
This is not true at all as Zarqawi came in an effort to destabilize the western influence once the war had already started. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, which was even spoken by colonel powell in an interview with 20/20 news. O'reilly interpretation
O'rielly says that the BBC and their own country wants us to lose in Iraq. That was his explanation for the quote... no kidding. Brutal Death should be Celebrated by decent people, says Oreilly
We should apparently be cheering now for every fallen man that's not on our side. You know, like football. Zarqawi's cause was for us to leave Iraq and he worked to do so through violence and extremism. This is brutal. Disgusting. This causes the loss of american lives... but you gotta think about it. What if another country invaded the US. We'd have plenty of guys willing to come and form a resistance to the death. Zarqawi came to kill US soldiers because US soldier are somewhere they shouldnt be. He wouldn't have even been in Iraq, killing innocent americans soldiers (and innocent civilians in the attempt), if Bush hadn't mislead us (mostly ignorant republicans, not all of us) into attacking Iraq for their oil. Liberals are Freeworld "Insurgents" Oreilly says
is not new to BIAS reporting. He's a very very far right republican. The political party is not just his similar interests preference. No for Oreilly the political party is his religion and obsession. He's not married. Who would marry something with their head so far up their arse they can't see anything but shyte? He's blinded, stubborn, aggressive, and incredibly stupid. Everything his owner, Rupert Murdoch wants him to be. Why Oreilly is so ignorant but allowed to stay?
Rupert Murdoch, the owner of fox news, is a hard core republican and a large stock holder in oil. Fair and Balance would affect his wallet, because, as stephen colbert says, "Reality has always had a liberal bias." Rupert Murdoch Quotes "We can't back down now, where you hand over the whole of the Middle East to Saddam...I think Bush is acting very morally, very correctly, and I think he is going to go on with it" -guardian "The greatest thing to come out of this [war in Iraq] for the world economy...would be $20 a barrel for oil. That's bigger than any tax cut in any country." -guardian
Fair and Balanced. Fox News Spoofs From Address in Email
You have the option to email the video link to a friend. Admittedly you can't send any content, and it isnt intrusive like the myspace address book grabber script. It still spoofs the from header, which is really bad practice. I'm surprised it hasnt been marked as spam in my email since I said it was from my own, yahoo address.

IQ Tests Criticism
Overview
IQ tests try to define a number to your intelligence, or lack of it. Many people think they're truly brilliant and want to be part of organizations such as MENSA, which is the spanish word for stupid in feminine form.
IQ tests are psychology's biggest industry. Many people pay for others to tell them they're smart. It's kinda like a horoscope, only much more "certified"/standardized.
I had a fascination with puzzles when I was young. I would get IQ books and go through them slowly. The more I did this, the more I improved. Wow, my intelligence is getting higher as I learn to recognize more puzzle patterns. Big deal. That isn't intelligence. MENSA also accepts people with an SAT score greater than 1300. As has been well documented, it's a matter of preparation rather than inborn magic. Online IQ Tests
If you go to any school, or any flaming forum, you'll find plenty of ego from people who took online IQ tests. Reports usually range from 135-160. I distinctly remember one moron to even claim he had a "history IQ of 225". Nick Jones, you're a moron. Sites like Emode/tickle and commercial IQ test sites offer a tree test of simple, stupid questions of basic math and english then give you an IQ of 120-145. They give you titles and say what historical figure thinks in a similar fashion. For full details about your IQ(brilliance) you have to pay the low cost of 10-25$ normally. The answers are usually available in serveral internet forums by puzzle enthusiasts.
Yes. People buy their intelligence. In a little piece of paper. Of course emode and other online IQ tests are the most unbiased sources of intelligence you've ever met. You'd still buy it if they called you a moron huh? You're obviously most like charles manson rather than Ben Franklin.
Serious IQ tests go to 145. The IQ hype is highly speculative. Bobby Fischer and Kasparov claim their IQ to be 180-185. Chessbase itself, a stupid chessnews site had the nerve of asking: "Do Ashkenazi Jews, by virtue of their history, have higher IQs than the rest of society?" -Chessbase What is real intelligence
Some third world countries are reported to have people with lower intelligence. Around 70 or less. Not because they have stupider people, because many of the people don't know how to read and write and do not engage in mentally stimulating activities because of long work and family.
Without using a number to define you, as sites like hotornot and ratemypic have shown people love, intelligence is actually the neural concentration in your brain. What do you think is genius? Awesome memory, good at puzzles, ability to read and go through tons of knowledge?
Most of what people perceive as genius is simply discipline, and obsession to ideals. Speed math? Yeah you can get speed math, and speed reading too. Find tricks to memorize and read about intelligence from a newscientist article.
Genius to me is the people who know what's really common and don't rely on others for validation and appreciation. People who act are rare, and people looking for some number, or norm to define them best are common. Neural concentration is correlated to stimulus. Use your brain more and have it become more active. It's that simple. Stimulate all 5 senses when you can and pay attention. Enrich yourself by learning mathematics and music theory, and local laws and rights so when things happen, you'll have a deeper understanding.
When a chessmaster plays a game, and a beginner plays a game of chess, it's the beginner that actually is shown thinking harder, because everything is foreign. It's not how much you practice but also what you practice. If it doesnt feel uncomfortable and complicated, it's likely using much less brain activity. Make things complicated, and look further.
The more familiarity you have with mathematics problems and the english language, the more you will increase your IQ, which invalidates the test to begin with. It's matter of effort and how much you can put into bettering yourself. Does your job really give you more skills everyday, or are you just in a cycle of busywork? Money is worth very little compared to time and intentions.
Schools don't teach mastery, they teach short term memorization so the students are prepared to do busy work jobs. They're a creation for mass population efficiency management, so kids can have a place to go for a good while while parents are at work.
If you ever get in an argument or start talking about intelligence, don't be all arrogant and prove your stupidity by throw out a number. Deh indernet says I smart at 155IQ!! der der den they try to sell me my score. Point to something you can do, your education, or some accomplishment. If I took a poll where people said honestly what their IQ is, the average would be 140. So if you're going to brag, say it's 210 or something, which would be equivalent of genius once the IQ has been adjusted up to fit the average bragger scale.
If at first you score low, try a different test. If you succeed tell your friends... and thus is the evolution of only the stupidest tests, getting popular.
It's reported that Zarqawi died of blast injuries. This is expected to end the claims of eye witness reports that say Zarqawi was beaten to death on arrival.
The official story had changed to Zarqawi was dead at the scene with 6 of his aids dead. Then it was Zarqawi was alive but died shortly after. 3 women and 3 men died, no children, with lingerie being found at the scene. Then it was Zarqawi was alive, then taken out the ambulence and beaten to death. A 6-7 year old girl died at the scene.
The reports of lingerie likely came before to make people speculate that the women had a connection to Zarqawi, rather than being innocent civilians (women/child) that died in the US 1000 pounds of bombs attack.
The autopsy report says that Zarqawi dead of multiple blast related wounds like damanged lungs are to blame for his death. Reportedly he was pulled out of the rubble, so exactly how the surgeon can differenciate blunt force wounds and blast/rubble wounds is the question. As always the US says the autopsy is the final word of infallable evidence and should end all possible questions/possibilities of what had occured.
CNN reports that it ends speculation about firearms being used but it does not end any speculation of the eye witness acounts, which say he was beaten to death, not shot to death.

Yahoo! STock
Yahoo! Stock
With Yahoo! Answers and a host of other cool new yahoo! features, the yahoo stock is a sure bet. It's incredibly low right and even hit 29$ a share. Google is way over valued at 300+ dollars a share. Even though google is awesomeness, yahoo isn't to be underestimated with all the user services they offer including. Yahoo! Answers has been growing quite substancially. Recently, when the stock hit 29, Yahoo! answers was down for a day or too. It's recuperating it's strong 30k questions a day, but it may take a little while.
I plan to buy 100 shares and see how it goes. I feel really confident after watching the Yahoo! stock for so many days.

PHP Blogging TricksPHP Blogging Tricks Auto Ping Me!
Use the fopen function along with a pingomatic or pingoat URL.
Most people don't need one of those fancy scripts that generates random images with crazy backgrounds. Just ask your users a simple question. Spell 1? ____ If someone happens to make a bot that accomodates to your blog, which is horridly unlikely, unless you have some smart enemies, just chance the question.
Adding this is really easy, and comes in two parts. Add this to your comment form.
Spell one:
Now just add this to your action="whatever.php" code from the same form.
if (!($strtoupper($_POST['human'])=="ONE")) { exit; }
This simply sets their post to uppercase so it doesn't matter what case they write it in, and checks if it is the string "ONE". If they get the answer wrong, it exits the script. Ignore really short comments
Who cares about comments that say "great" with no detail? I rather have comments that contribute something to the blog. To ignore short comments:
if (strlen($comment)<30){ exit; }
Not that you should change $comment to whatever your variable the program uses to hold the comment. Too long comments
You can limit posts length in the php.ini and you can just add this code.
if (strlen($comment)>2000){ exit; }
Blocking Links
if (ereg("HTTP://",strtoupper($comment))){ echo "No links please..."; exit; }
You can also use this code and change http:// to something like ASDF or IDIOT to block out jibberish and curse words. NoFollow
In your linking script, or if you link them directly withhtml, instead of a href= write a rel="nofollow" so that search engines don't follow the links in your blog and crawl more of your site. This is kind of controvercial, because it makes the browser not count them for pagerank, but it's best done with external comments by users.
